I T Watches Warranty Policy

At I T Watches, customer satisfaction and product reliability are our top priorities. Every watch you purchase from us is covered by our Official Warranty, ensuring that you receive a genuine timepiece backed by service and support.

Our warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects while clarifying the conditions that are not covered under warranty due to external factors or misuse.

Warranty Coverage – What is Covered

Your watch is covered under warranty for manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This includes:

  • Movement Defects – Internal faults in the watch movement (mechanical, automatic, or quartz) that affect timekeeping accuracy.

  • Hands & Dial Issues – Misaligned or detached hands, improperly fitted indices, or dial defects caused by manufacturing errors.

  • Battery Replacement (Quartz Watches) – If the original factory-installed battery fails within the warranty period.

  • Crown & Stem Defects – Issues with the crown or stem due to manufacturing faults (not user damage).

  • Case & Back Cover Defects – Cracks, improper sealing, or finishing flaws caused during manufacturing.

  • Water Resistance (if specified) – Failure of water resistance due to defective gaskets or seals, provided the watch has not been misused and water resistance guidelines have been followed.

What is Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, accidents, or misuse. These include:

  • Physical Damage – Scratches, dents, or breakage of the case, crystal, bezel, strap, or bracelet caused by mishandling.

  • Water Damage – If the watch is exposed to water beyond its rated resistance or used in conditions not recommended (e.g., hot water, sauna, diving with a non-diver watch).

  • Battery Leakage or Normal Battery Replacement – After the initial factory battery is exhausted.

  • Strap, Bracelet, and Clasp Wear & Tear – Normal aging, discoloration, peeling, or stretching of leather, rubber, or metal bands.

  • Crystal & Glass Damage – Scratches, cracks, or breakage of mineral, sapphire, or acrylic glass caused externally.

  • Crown/Pusher Damage – Broken, bent, or detached crowns and pushers caused by misuse.

  • Magnetization or Shock Damage – Timekeeping issues caused by strong magnetic fields, dropping, or impact.

  • Improper Handling or Unauthorized Repairs – Any damage due to service by unauthorized technicians or tampering with internal mechanisms.

  • Loss or Theft – The warranty does not cover lost or stolen watches.

Warranty Period

  • All branded watches sold at I T Watches are covered under the official manufacturer’s international or national warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years, depending on the brand.

  • All non-branded watches sold at I T Watches come with an official I T Watches warranty of 90 days / 180 days / 1 year from the date of purchase.

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Present your valid warranty card and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

  2. Register a complaint and submit the form with authorized credentilas. We will send our currier partner to pick up your watch and once it is repaired / replaced it will be sent to you by currier.

  3. Our technicians will inspect the watch to determine if the defect is covered under warranty.

  4. If eligible, the repair or replacement will be carried out free of charge within the warranty terms.

Disclaimer : Only I T Watches officials and technicians can determine the eligibility of cailmed warranty based on the condition of the watch received.

Important Notes for Customers

  • Always check your watch’s water resistance rating before exposing it to water.

  • Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures, shocks, or strong magnets.

  • For best results, get your watch regularly serviced at an authorized service center.

  • Retain your warranty card and purchase invoice safely, as they are mandatory for service claims.

Our warranty ensures protection against manufacturing defects while clarifying conditions that are not covered under warranty due to external factors, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Coverage – What is Covered

Your smartwatch is covered for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, which may include:

For Branded Smartwatches

 

  • Hardware Defects – Malfunctions in internal components such as sensors, processors, or motherboards caused by manufacturing faults.

  • Battery Performance – Battery that fails to charge or hold power abnormally within the warranty period (not due to normal degradation).

  • Charging Issues – Defective charging pins, magnetic chargers, or charging ports (if not physically damaged).

  • Touchscreen Malfunctions – Unresponsive or faulty displays due to manufacturing errors.

  • Connectivity Issues – Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or GPS hardware defects preventing pairing or functioning.

  • Software Defects (Factory Installed) – System-level glitches or operating system malfunctions that prevent normal operation.

For Non-Branded Smartwatches 

 

 Non-branded smartwatches does not come with a warrany. Yet, we pick up the best performing Non-branded options only for our customers.

What is Not Covered Under Warranty

The following issues are not covered for both branded and non-branded smartwatches:

  • Physical Damage – Cracks, scratches, or breakage of the case, glass, display, strap, or charging port due to mishandling.

  • Water Damage – If exposed to water beyond the smartwatch’s rated water resistance or due to misuse (e.g., swimming with a non-waterproof watch, hot showers, saunas).

  • Battery Degradation – Normal reduction in battery capacity over time.

  • Software Issues (User-Caused) – Errors caused by installing unauthorized apps, firmware tampering, or rooting/jailbreaking.

  • Accessories – Straps, chargers, magnetic cables, or external accessories are not covered under standard warranty.

  • Wear & Tear – Normal aging, discoloration, or cosmetic changes.

  • Improper Handling – Damage caused by dropping, excessive force, or exposure to extreme conditions.

  • Unauthorized Repairs – Any service or repair carried out by non-authorized technicians voids the warranty.

  • Connectivity with Third-Party Devices – Issues arising from incompatibility with non-supported smartphones or operating systems.

  • Loss or Theft – Warranty does not cover lost or stolen smartwatches.

Warranty Period

  • Branded Smartwatches – Covered under the manufacturer’s official warranty, usually 1 to 2 years (varies by brand).

  • Non-Branded Smartwatches –  Non-branded smartwatches does not come with a warrany.

  2. Register a complaint and submit the form with authorized credentilas. We will send our currier partner to pick up your watch and once it is repaired / replaced it will be sent to you by currier.

  3. If the defect is eligible under warranty, repairs or replacements will be provided free of charge within the warranty terms.

  4. If not covered, customers will be informed of paid service/repair options.
