At itwatches.in (operated under the legal entity Deys Traders), we strive to deliver your orders accurately, securely, and in pristine condition. We offer domestic shipping across India with transparent handling and delivery estimates.

1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations

  • Service Area: We ship exclusively to serviceable pin codes within India.

  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping or export orders outside of India.

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).

  • Processing Workflow: Orders placed on Monday through Saturday before 12:00 PM IST begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and national public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Order Handling & Transit Times

  • Handling Time (Dispatch Time): 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Saturday). This includes order verification, packaging, quality check, and handover to our courier partners.

  • Transit Time (Delivery Time): 3 to 7 business days across India after dispatch.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 9 business days from the time of order placement.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders across India without any minimum order requirement.

  • Prepaid Orders: Customers who select prepaid payment options (UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Cards) during checkout are eligible for an additional 5% to 10% discount on the total order value.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We accept Cash on Delivery orders across serviceable postal codes with no additional COD surcharge or fee. The order total presented at checkout is the final amount payable upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Tracking Updates: Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation containing your unique tracking number and shipping carrier details via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

  • Tracking Link: You can track your package progress directly through the courier partner link provided in your shipping confirmation message.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to deliver within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to regional transport disruptions, severe weather, or courier logistics issues.

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Please ensure your full shipping address, landmark, and phone number are correct during checkout. itwatches.in is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate address details provided by the buyer.

  • Damaged or Missing Packages: If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered with, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact customer support within 48 hours of package receipt/status update with order details and photos/videos of the package.
